Smoothing reactors are used on the DC side of the rectifier, and DC current flows through these reactors. If the DC ripple of the DC motor is too high due to the rectifier connection, then these reactors must be used to achieve trouble-free commutation and reduce motor losses. Features of DC smoothing reactor:
The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into uniform small pieces through multiple air gaps. The air gap adopts high-temperature and high-strength adhesive glue to closely bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower iron yokes. The high-quality anti-rust paint spraying process solves the problem of rust on the surface of the iron core of the reactor. Noise and vibration are greatly reduced during operation. The reactors all adopt the vacuum dipping process and are cured by high temperature heat-baking. The coil has good insulation performance, high overall mechanical strength and good moisture-proof performance. The coil adopts F, H class insulation system, which greatly improves the reliability of long-term operation. Low temperature rise, low loss, low cost and high comprehensive utilization rate. 1. Improve the input current waveform distortion caused by capacitor filtering.
2. Reduce and prevent rectifier bridge damage and capacitor overheating caused by inrush current.
3. Improve the power factor and reduce the AC pulse of the DC bus.
4. Limit transients in grid voltage.
