After the Weihao filter reactor is connected in series with the capacitor, it can not only effectively absorb the harmonics of the power grid, but also improve the power factor of the system, which plays a great role in the safe operation of the system.

Filter Reactor Structural Features

 1. The filter reactor is divided into two types: three-phase and single-phase, both of which are iron core dry type.

 2. The iron core is made of imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with high quality and low loss. The core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plates and bonded with high temperature adhesive to ensure the reactance. The air gap does not change during operation.

 3. The coil is wound with H-grade enameled flat copper wire, which is tightly and uniformly arranged.

 4. After the coil and iron core of Weihao reactor are assembled into one body, they go through the process of pre-baking→vacuum dipping→heat-baking and curing, and use H-level dipping varnish to firmly combine the coil and iron core of the reactor. .

 5. The clips and fasteners of Weihao reactors are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and a better filtering effect.

 6. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead-out terminals are made of tinned copper tube terminals.

 Environmental conditions for use of filter reactors

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

 2. The operating ambient temperature is -25℃~+45℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

 3. There is no harmful gas around, no flammable and explosive materials.

 4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If it is installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.

2. The rated insulation level is 3kV/min.

 3. The temperature rise limit of each part of the reactor: the iron core does not exceed 85K, and the coil temperature rise does not exceed 95K.

 5. The difference between any two-phase reactance values of the three-phase reactor is not more than ±2%.

 6. Temperature resistance class H (180℃) or above.
