WH7100 series isolation transformers are specially used in medical IT systems. The iron core of the product is made of silicon steel sheets imported from Japan, and the loss is very small. Double insulation treatment is adopted between the windings, and an electrostatic shielding layer is designed to reduce the electromagnetic interference between the two windings to a certain extent. A PT100 temperature sensor is installed in the winding, which can be used to monitor the winding temperature. The whole transformer is treated with vacuum paint, which increases the mechanical strength and has anti-corrosion effect. In addition, the product also adopts low temperature rise and low noise design, so that it has good temperature rise performance and low noise.

Selection instructions
Any isolation transformer will generate an inrush current when it starts up. Therefore, for a medical IT system composed of a medical isolation transformer and insulation monitoring products, when selecting the circuit breaker for the incoming circuit of the isolation transformer, the requirements of the national standard GB16895.24-2005 should be followed. , using circuit breakers with short-circuit protection and without overload protection (ie, single-magnetic circuit breakers). If an ordinary circuit breaker is selected, the circuit breaker that conforms to the C and D trip curves of the national standard GB14048.2-2008 should be selected, and its rated current should be determined according to the capacity of the isolation transformer according to the following relationship: 10kVA-63A, 8kVA-50A , 6.3/5kVA-40A, 3.15kVA-20A, in order to prevent the circuit breaker from switching difficulties or tripping when the safety power supply is switched on due to the inrush current when the isolation transformer is energized or when the dual power supply operates, resulting in serious medical accidents.
