Scope of application
WBK (BK) series control transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers) are suitable for AC circuits with a rated power supply voltage of 50~60Hz and a rated power supply voltage not exceeding 1000V, as control power supply for machine tools and mechanical equipment, working lighting and signal lamp power supply; also as a small power supply Power function.

Use environment and normal working conditions
★The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
★The maximum ambient temperature is +40℃, the highest monthly average temperature is not more than +30℃, and the annual average temperature is not more than +20℃;
★The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%;
★The ambient air does not contain harmful gases or dust that corrode metals and damage insulation; during use, the transformer must not be eroded by water, rain and snow;
★The waveform of the power supply voltage is similar to a sine wave.
Precautions
★Before buying, first estimate the total capacity of the electrical appliances you use, and choose a transformer with a considerable capacity to ensure that the transformer will not be burned out during instant start.
★The transformer is designed and produced in strict accordance with the relevant national standards. When you use a transformer with multiple windings (multiple control voltages), the capacity of the transformer should be increased according to the voltage ratio, so as to avoid burning out the transformer.
★Before installation, you should carefully check whether the data listed on the nameplate meet your requirements.
★After the power is turned on, the core and coil of the transformer will heat up (but the temperature rise does not exceed 80℃), which is a normal phenomenon. If the temperature rise does not exceed 80 ℃, or even smoke, you should cut off the power switch and re-check the capacity of the electrical appliance you are using.
★ During transportation, avoid collision as much as possible, and do not get wet. When using, please pay attention to maintenance to protect the service life of the transformer.
